I am an experienced Esports Coach and competitive player with nearly six years of coaching experience in CrossFire & Valorant & Counter-Strike 2 . I have worked with players to improve their game sense, communication, decision-making, teamwork, and competitive mindset. With around 14 years of experience in esports and more than 15,000 hours of gameplay, I bring both practical competitive experience and a coaching-focused approach. I have coached teams and individual players, developed training routines, analyzed gameplay, and helped players identify and improve their weaknesses. My coaching philosophy focuses on discipline, communication, tactical thinking, continuous improvement, and building a strong team environment. I am also continuously developing my knowledge in esports coaching and performance to become a professional Performance Coach and help players reach their full potential.

I want to be a coach because I enjoy helping players improve and reach their full potential. With many years of competitive esports experience and nearly six years of coaching experience, I have developed a strong understanding of teamwork, communication, game analysis, and tactical decision-making. I want to share my experience with players, help them overcome weaknesses, build confidence, and develop both individually and as a team. My goal is to continue growing as a professional esports coach and performance coach.
